By accessing and using the Get Web Solutions CRM system, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services. Get Web Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.

2. Use of Service

Get Web Solutions grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the CRM system for your business purposes. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Unauthorized use of the service, including but not limited to, unauthorized access, hacking, or any other misuse, is strictly prohibited.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for our service and promptly update your information as necessary to ensure it remains accurate and complete.

4. Limitation of Liability

Get Web Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our CRM system, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the CRM system during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
